Fried Ham and Cheese Tacos

This is my favorite lunch because I can make them without frying and keep them in the refrigerator for the right moment; I also recommend them for those football days or family gatherings, kids love them. It's a very tasty recipe with that homemade flavor that your kids enjoy so much.

  • Heat your tortillas so they are easy to handle and don’t break, put ham and cheese to form the taco but leave about two centimeters around the tortilla without filling so it doesn’t spill out when forming your taco.
  • Some use toothpicks to keep the taco in shape, but I arrange them and then put them in the refrigerator to firm up and not fall apart; they also get crispier for some reason.
  • Fry them in hot oil and take them out before they burn.
