  • 3 tomatoes, boiled
  • 1/4 onions, boiled
  • 1 clove garlic, boiled
  • 3 morita chiles, rehydrated and seedless
  • 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • salt
  • 12 corn tortillas, hot
  • 2 cups chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • vegetable oil, for frying
  • sour cream, for accompaniment
  • queso fresco, grated
  • Sidral Mundet® Apple flavor, of 600 ml

  • Blend the tomato, onion, garlic, morita chili, and chicken broth.
  • Heat the oil in a pot and cook the sauce for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  • Fill the tortillas with a little chicken and form the tacos.
  • Fry the tacos in a skillet with enough oil over medium-high heat for 5 to 8 minutes or until golden. Remove and place on a plate with paper towels.
  • Serve the golden tacos in glasses, pour hot sauce over them, and decorate with cream and fresh cheese. Accompany with Sidral Mundet® apple flavor.
