3 fish fillets , cut in half
150 milliliters mayonnaise
2 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
3 red cabbages, finely chopped leaves
1 red bell pepper, cut into small cubes
50 grams corn kernel , drained
1 scallion, sliced very thin
50 grams black beans, cooked and drained
20 milliliters olive oil
3 pinches salt
2 pinches ground pepper
