  • 3 fish fillets , cut in half
  • 150 milliliters mayonnaise
  • 2 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
  • 3 red cabbages, finely chopped leaves
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into small cubes
  • 50 grams corn kernel , drained
  • 1 scallion, sliced very thin
  • 50 grams black beans, cooked and drained
  • 20 milliliters olive oil
  • 3 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches ground pepper
