  • 12 bolillo rolls
  • 12 tamales

  • Cut the bolillos horizontally and warm them slightly in the oven.
  • In a plastic bag, heat the tamales in the microwave.
  • In a bowl, warm a bit of the Serrano Cocina Mestiza Salsa in the microwave.
  • Assemble the sandwiches with the tamale and a bit of Serrano Salsa as filling.
