  • 8 Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® precooked floured tortillas
  • 16 smoked ham, in slices
  • 100 grams Gouda cheese, in slices
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 carrot, cut into thin strips
  • 1 sprig celery, cut into thin strips
  • 1 romaine lettuce, only the leaves, washed, disinfected, and dry

  • Place the leaves of lettuce on Tía Rosa® Precooked Tortillinas®, followed by the ham and cheese.
  • To finish and roll, place the strips of vegetables and wrap in aluminum foil. Heat in a skillet or in the oven preheated to 180 ºC.
