Add Herdez® spicy chilpotle sauce, grilled onion, roasted garlic, achiote, orange juice, white vinegar, oregano, cumin, sufficient salt and pepper to a blender. Blend for 3 minutes or until the marinade for tacos al pastor has a smooth consistency. Reserve.
