  • vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups chorizo
  • 2 1/2 cups potato, cooked, diced
  • salt
  • pepper
  • water
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5 guajillo chiles, seedless
  • salt
  • 4 pieces of bread
  • vegetable oil
  • lettuce
  • sour cream
  • queso fresco
  • green salsa
  • Sidral Mundet® Apple flavor

  • Cook the chorizo with a little oil in a pan for 3 minutes or until well cooked. Add the potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5 more minutes.
  • Combine the water, onion, garlic clove, guajillo chiles, and salt in a pot. Cook for 5 minutes or until all the ingredients are soft.
  • Blend the previous ingredients until you obtain a smooth sauce. Strain and set aside.
  • Cut the bread in half, leaving one side uncut. Dip in the sauce and fry in a pan with a little oil. Cook for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  • Fill the pambazos with the potatoes and chorizo and decorate with lettuce, cheese, and cream. Serve with sauce and Sidral Mundet® Apple flavor.
