Potato tostadas with strips

  • 1 cup onion, in strips
  • 250 grams chorizo
  • 2 cups potato, sliced and precooked
  • 1 cup Poblano chile strips
  • salt
  • pepper
  • tostadas, for serving
  • refried beans, for serving

  • sour cream, for serving
  • ranchero cheese, for serving
  • green salsa, for serving

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the oil, sauté the onion for 5 minutes or until they change color slightly, add the chorizo, and fry for 7 minutes. Then, add the potatoes, the strips, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5 more minutes.
