A very tasty recipe to prepare chicken breasts. It combines the flavors of poblano pepper, mushroom, onion, and the chicken breast. A very delicious recipe!
Roast the chiles directly over the flame. Once they are blackened, place them in a bag. Remove the skin, open them from one end, and remove the veins and seeds. Cut them into strips.
Slice the onion and sauté it over low heat; once it changes color, add the chiles (previously cut into julienne).
Add the chicken breast (previously cut into cubes) to the onion and chile mixture. Incorporate the cream and season with chicken broth.
Add the sliced mushrooms to the rajas, adjust the seasoning.
Serve and enjoy with freshly made tortillas.
