This dish of sausages with a sweet and sour flavor accompanied by fried plantain is a recipe inspired by my family's tastes, with the style of my ranch. A delight!
Mix garlic, salt, pepper, soy sauce, white vinegar, and paprika to marinate the sausage sliced into rounds.
Slice the banana, fry it in a preheated skillet with olive oil, once fried, remove and drain.
Slice the red onion into strips and fry them in the same skillet.
Add the mini mushrooms and the previously marinated sausage, pour in the 20 grams of ketchup, mix in the Hunt's® Honey BBQ Sauce, add the previously fried plantain and mix on low heat to integrate the ingredients.
Turn off the heat and let it rest with the skillet covered for about a minute, then plate.
