Sopes with Chorizo and Cheese

Enjoy the entire variety of FUD® with these chorizo and cheese sopes, accompanied by refried beans, decorated with slices of avocado and green sauce. You won't believe how easy it is to prepare this recipe!

  • 1 cup chorizo ​​in a pot Fud®
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon serrano chile, finely chopped
  • 2 cups beans, from the pot
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 8 sopes
  • 1 cup Fud® grated manchego cheese
  • lettuce, to present
  • avocado, to present
  • sour cream, to present
  • green salsa, to present

  • In a pan over medium heat, add the FUD® Chorizo in a Jar and fry for 5 minutes until golden. Remove the excess fat and set aside.
  • Heat the fat from the chorizo and sauté the onion until it changes color, add the chili and the beans from the pot; mash them, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  • In a griddle, heat a little oil, cook the sopes on both sides, spread a bit of beans on each sope, and add the grated Manchego Cheese FUD®, and cook on low heat to gratin and drain on paper towels.
  • Serve with lettuce, avocado, cream, and green sauce. Enjoy
