Enjoy the entire variety of FUD® with these chorizo and cheese sopes, accompanied by refried beans, decorated with slices of avocado and green sauce. You won't believe how easy it is to prepare this recipe!
In a pan over medium heat, add the FUD® Chorizo in a Jar and fry for 5 minutes until golden. Remove the excess fat and set aside.
Heat the fat from the chorizo and sauté the onion until it changes color, add the chili and the beans from the pot; mash them, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes. Set aside.
In a griddle, heat a little oil, cook the sopes on both sides, spread a bit of beans on each sope, and add the grated Manchego Cheese FUD®, and cook on low heat to gratin and drain on paper towels.
Serve with lettuce, avocado, cream, and green sauce. Enjoy
