  • 12 cherry tomatoes , chopped
  • 4 leaves basil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 250 grams pizza dough
  • 3/4 cups bacon
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Combine the first 5 ingredients.
  • Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to form a rectangle. Use a cookie cutter to cut the dough into circles; place them without stacking on baking sheets that you have sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle them with the cheeses; add the tomato mixture.
  • Bake the pizzas for 8 to 10 minutes or until they are nicely golden around the edges and the mozzarella cheese is melted.
