3 tablespoons Carlota® Mccormick® honey mustard
1/2 teaspoons McCormick® ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® celery salt
1/2 teaspoons Mccormick® ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ginger, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoons cilantro seeds, ground
2 tablespoons canola oil
8 rack of lamb
1 package spaghetti, of 500 g of No. 5 cooked.

Mix ginger, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, coriander seeds, and 3 tablespoons of Carlota® McCormick® Mustard Honey until a paste forms.
Spread the ribs and let marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the ribs to the desired doneness on both sides (10-12 min. for rare).
Place 2 ribs on individual plates over a bit of hot paste.
