Oat Arepas

  • 3/4 cups oat flour
  • salt
  • 1/2 cups water

  • Mix the dry ingredients and add the water gradually until you obtain a dough that doesn't stick.
  • Form medium balls and flatten them into a circle, then place them in a non-stick skillet. Heat on both sides until golden.
