3 red onions, sliced
3 white onions, sliced
1 1/2 cups cheese, grated

200 milliliters whipping cream
salt and pepper
1 pie crust, or tart
100 grams pork belly, smoked, sliced
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup cheese, optional

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a skillet, brown the bacon (do not add oil, as its own fat will serve the purpose).
In a skillet, add the oil and then the onions. Season with salt and pepper and let them cook until tender.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, cheese, and cream.
Once the onions are ready, let them cool, then add them to the previous mixture.
Pour the mixture of onions with the eggs, cheese, and cream into the pie or tart base.
Add the bacon to the mixture, and cheese.
Put the tart in the oven and cook until the edges of the crust look golden and pull away from the dish.
