Oriental Noodles

  • 1/2 carrots
  • 1 broccoli
  • 6 button mushrooms
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • aromatic herbs
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cups sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cups Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cups orange juice

  • Cook the pasta with the garlic clove, salt, and herbs.
  • Julienne the onion, mushrooms, and carrot.
  • Slice the zucchini into half-moons.
  • Briefly blanch the broccoli and cut it into pieces.
  • In a bowl, place the butter and season the vegetables.
  • Add the spaghetti, Worcestershire sauce, and orange juice.
  • Finally, add the sesame seeds, mix well, and serve.
