Alfredo Lasagna

This recipe is a perfect combination of delicious Parmesan cheese, ricotta, mozzarella, with a mix of ingredients like chicken and spinach, making it a perfect dish as a main course and the star of a special meal.

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cups spinach, cut into strips
  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 3 cups chicken breast, cooked and shredded

  • 15 pieces lasagna sheets, cooked sheets
  • 3 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated

  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. When the butter is melted, add the onion, garlic, and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, chicken, and spinach. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • In a baking dish, place a layer of lasagna pasta and cover it with the spinach, cheese, and chicken mixture. Continue with another layer of pasta, chicken, and spinach mixture, until you reach the top of your baking dish. Cover everything with grated mozzarella cheese. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°, until the cheese is golden. Remove from the oven.
  • Cut the lasagna and serve on a flat plate, accompanied by a salad.
