Alfredo Pasta with Broccoli, Peas, and Salmon

  • 3 cups water
  • 2 cups bowtie pasta
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 500 grams salmon, in slices, cut into medium cubes
  • 2 cups Yoplait® Greek yogurt with no added sugar
  • 1/2 cups low-fat milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 cup broccoli, pre-cooked and cut into medium pieces
  • 1 cup peas, pre-cooked
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated

  • Heat water in a small pot until it reaches a boiling point, cook the pasta until soft. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat with the butter, fry the garlic with the salmon, add the Yoplait Greek No Added Sugar, add the milk, season to taste with salt and pepper, mix well.
  • Add the pasta, broccoli, and peas; mix well, cook until the liquid in the preparation reduces a little.
  • Finally, add the parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese, stir to melt the cheeses a bit and make the preparation liquid creamier.
  • Serve and enjoy.
