Four Cheese Pasta with Dehydrated Tomatoes

  • 2 packages fettuccine pasta, 500g each
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil with garlic Extra Special®
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 100 grams edam Extra Special® cheese, shredded or cubed
  • 100 grams Extra Special® emmental cheese, shredded or cubed
  • 100 grams Extra Special® gouda cheese, shredded or cubed
  • 100 grams Extra Special® brie cheese, shredded or cubed
  • 1/2 cups sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoons Great Value® plain salt
  • 4 tablespoons chives, dehydrated, for garnish

  • In a pot with boiling water and salt, cook the pasta until al dente, ensuring it doesn’t overcook. Drain and set aside.
  • In a deep skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and butter. Cook the garlic until it releases its aroma, being careful not to burn it.
  • Add the cooked pasta and mix well. Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, and cheeses. Cook over low heat until all the ingredients are combined.
