Fusilli with Bacon and Mushrooms

One day when we had nothing to eat and only had fusilli, bacon, mushrooms, etc., we decided to put everything in a pan and add a special touch for the whole family.

  • 1 package fusilli pasta, La Moderna

  • Boil water with a bit of oil, salt, a piece of onion, and herbs until it boils, then add the pasta for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Remove the pasta and rinse it with cold water.
  • In a pot, melt the butter with a bit of oil (this is to prevent the butter from burning) and sauté the finely chopped garlic, diced onion, bacon, and mushrooms.
  • Once everything is cooked, add the pasta and mix everything well, cooking for 10 to 15 minutes, adding chicken broth (powder) to taste, then turn off the heat.
  • Serve on a plate, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and accompany with a glass of wine and good bread if desired.
