One day when we had nothing to eat and only had fusilli, bacon, mushrooms, etc., we decided to put everything in a pan and add a special touch for the whole family.
Boil water with a bit of oil, salt, a piece of onion, and herbs until it boils, then add the pasta for 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove the pasta and rinse it with cold water.
In a pot, melt the butter with a bit of oil (this is to prevent the butter from burning) and sauté the finely chopped garlic, diced onion, bacon, and mushrooms.
Once everything is cooked, add the pasta and mix everything well, cooking for 10 to 15 minutes, adding chicken broth (powder) to taste, then turn off the heat.
Serve on a plate, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and accompany with a glass of wine and good bread if desired.
