250 grams deli ham, chopped
100 grams Chihuahua cheese, grated
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cups onion, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
500 grams pasta
5 tablespoons salsa, Huichol® Traditional

Cook the pasta with salt until al dente.
Sauté the onion and sweat the mushrooms.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Serve over the pasta.
