1 bag short pasta, La Moderna® (your favorite shape)
2 carrots, peeled, diced
1 potato, peeled, diced
1/4 cups peas
2 tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1/4 cups onion
2 sprigs parsley
50 grams bacon, chopped
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 chicken consommé, or water
2 tablespoons granulated chicken bouillon
1 chicken breast, cut into cubes
salt, to taste

Fry the bacon, when it is golden, sauté the carrots, potato, and peas. Set aside.
Sear the chicken cubes and set aside.
Fry the elbow macaroni and when they are transparent, add the blended tomato with garlic, powdered broth, onion, and let it boil.
Add the chicken cubes, the vegetables, and some sprigs of parsley, and let it boil and concentrate.
Boil the water or broth and add the elbow macaroni and the bacon and vegetable stew.
Let it rest until the pasta puffs up.
