This pasta and cheese cake is our version of mac and cheese. The cheese gratin will delight you; it has more than usual, which gives it a special consistency that you will love.
Add oil to a pan and incorporate the onion, tomato, serrano chili, tuna, salt, and pepper.
Add the cooked and hot pasta to a bowl. Incorporate the cream cheese and mix thoroughly.
Add salt, pepper, and thyme. Mix very well.
Add the cheddar cheese and mix.
Incorporate the parmesan cheese and finish mixing.
In a 30 cm springform pan, layer elbow macaroni and a layer with the tuna mixture, finishing with a layer of elbow macaroni and a bit of cheddar cheese. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven. Take off the springform and sprinkle with parsley.
