  • 1 package spaghetti, 500 g
  • water, to cook the pasta
  • 1 tablespoon butter, in small cubes
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bullion, to cook the pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups Hash
  • 1 cup tomato purée
  • 1/4 cups red wine
  • basil
  • Parmesan cheese, grated, for garnish

  • Put enough water to boil in a pot. Add the butter, bouillon, and pasta, and cook for 12 minutes or until cooked.Remove from the water, reserve in a bowl, and cover with plastic wrap.
  • Heat in a pan over medium heat. Melt the butter and incorporate the tomato puree and red wine. Then, add the ground beef and mix very well. Finally, add the pasta and mix.
  • Serve the spaghetti with ground beef and garnish with basil leaves and Parmesan cheese.
