Three Cheese Pasta with Chicken

  • 2 packages Elbow no. 4 La Moderna®, for the pasta
  • 1 cup milk, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups chicken broth, for the sauce
  • 1/2 sticks cream cheese, for the sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, for the sauce
  • salt and pepper, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups Gouda cheese, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, for the sauce
  • chervil, for decoration
  • vegetable oil, for the chicken
  • 1 chicken breast, in cubes
  • salt and pepper, for the chicken

  • Heat the water in a pot and add salt when it starts to boil. Wait for it to bubble again. Add the packages of Elbow #4 La Moderna and cook for 6 to 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • Blend the milk, chicken broth, cream cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper until you obtain a smooth sauce. Set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a pan, pour in the cream cheese sauce, onion powder, oregano, Gouda cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Mix, add the Elbow #4 La Moderna pasta, and combine. Set aside.
  • Heat the oil in another pan, add the chicken, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3 minutes on each side or until well cooked.
