Peruvian Chaufa Rice

  • 1 cube granulated chicken bouillon

  • Cut the chicken and season to taste with salt, pepper, and cumin. Fry and set aside.
  • With the eggs, make an omelet and cut it into pieces, set aside.
  • Chop the green onions and bell pepper into small cubes.
  • Dissolve the chicken cube in a cup of hot water. (If you have chicken broth, skip this step).
  • Prepare the rice with three cups of water and add the cup of chicken broth. Cook the rice.
  • Once the rice is ready, add soy sauce to taste, the chicken, the egg omelet, the green onions, and the bell pepper. Mix and serve.
