1/2 chicken breasts
2 eggs

1 red bell pepper

1 cube granulated chicken bouillon
4 cups rice

Cut the chicken and season to taste with salt, pepper, and cumin. Fry and set aside.
With the eggs, make an omelet and cut it into pieces, set aside.
Chop the green onions and bell pepper into small cubes.
Dissolve the chicken cube in a cup of hot water. (If you have chicken broth, skip this step).
Prepare the rice with three cups of water and add the cup of chicken broth. Cook the rice.
Once the rice is ready, add soy sauce to taste, the chicken, the egg omelet, the green onions, and the bell pepper. Mix and serve.
