  • Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt with a mixer. Pour in the water until integrated and form an elastic dough, add the olive oil and knead until the pizza dough is smooth and soft. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle flour on a flat surface, punch down the dough, use a rolling pin to stretch it to your desired thickness and place it on a pizza tray.
  • Add tomato sauce over the pizza dough, sprinkle cheese, arrange the boneless wings, and lightly drizzle with buffalo sauce.
  • Bake the homemade pizza at 200 °C for 20 minutes or until ready.
