Potato Croquettes with Chicken

  • 6 potatoes, peeled, cooked
  • 1/2 chicken breasts, cooked
  • pepper
  • 1/2 cups Goya® Total Breader
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese, in medium cubes
  • flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Goya® Total Breader, 425 g
  • olive oil
  • salad, to accompany

  • In a bowl, add the cooked potatoes and start mashing until you obtain a puree. Add the chicken breast and season with pepper.
  • Add the Goya® Total Breading and the egg and mix until all the ingredients are integrated.
  • Take a portion of the mixture, shape the croquettes, make a small hole, add the manchego cheese, and seal the croquette. Repeat the same procedure until you finish the potato and chicken mixture. Set aside.
