  • 5 potatoes
  • 250 grams deli ham, In slices
  • 250 grams Manchego cheese, In slices
  • 250 grams bacon
  • 250 grams spinach
  • 1/2 onions
  • 10 grams parsley, Finely chopped

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C
  • Wash and disinfect parsley and spinach.
  • In a pot, pour 250 ml of water, salt, and a splash of oil, and add the potatoes.
  • On a cutting board, finely chop the onion and add it to a pan with a little oil, letting it sauté. Chop the spinach and finely cut the parsley.
  • Once the potatoes are cooked and peeled, mash them and add the onion and parsley, mixing well.
  • On a piece of aluminum foil, add the potatoes and spread them out in a rectangular shape, add the ham, cheese, and spinach, and roll it up while removing the foil.
  • Once the potato roll is formed, place the strips of bacon around it and bake for 35 minutes.
