Potatoes a la Reyna

  • Boil the potatoes in the pressure cooker for 10 minutes; remove and wait for them to cool. Peel and slice thinly.
  • In a saucepan, spread the butter and start layering the potatoes so that there is one layer, add salt, fine herbs, ham, previously fried bacon, cream, and cheeses. Start again with another layer of potatoes and continue the process until finished. Place the saucepan over medium heat for about 15 to 20 minutes, remove and serve.
