  • 6 Poblano chiles, roasted and peeled
  • 1 Lala® panela cheese
  • oil
  • 1/2 cups onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cups tomato , in cubes
  • 2 cups chicken breast , cooked and shredded
  • salt and pepper , for the filling
  • 1/2 cups chicken broth , for the sauce
  • 1/4 onions, boiled, for the sauce
  • 1 garlic clove , boiled, for the sauce
  • 1 cup corn kernel , for the sauce
  • 2 cups Lala® sour cream
  • salt and pepper , for the sauce
  • Lala® panela cheese, grated, for garnish

  • Cut the LALA® panela cheese into medium cubes and set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and add the onion, sauté for 2 minutes. Incorporate the tomato, chicken, and LALA® panela cheese cubes. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 more minutes.
  • Fill the chiles with the previous preparation and arrange them in a baking dish.
  • For the sauce: blend the chicken broth, onion, garlic, corn kernels, Lala® sour cream, salt, and white pepper.
  • Pour the sauce into the baking dish and bake at 180 °C for 10 minutes.
  • Serve the stuffed chiles, accompanied by creamy corn sauce.
