  • 1 cup Spanish chorizo, sliced
  • olive oil
  • 1 cup pork chump, diced
  • 1 cup chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups precooked rice
  • 3 cups shrimp broth
  • 1 cup white wine
  • fresh rosemary
  • 1 gram saffron
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 cup bell pepper, colorful cut into strips
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 cup shrimp
  • 1 cup clams
  • lemon, for decoration

  • In a paella pan over medium heat, fry the chorizo, add a little olive oil, and cook until golden; then add the pork, chicken breast, precooked rice, and cook for 5 minutes, then add the green beans, pour in the shrimp broth, white wine, fresh rosemary, saffron, and cook for 30 minutes, or until the rice is cooked.
  • Add the peppers, peas, shrimp, clams, and cook for 10 more minutes.
