  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Using a mixer, combine the flour with the yeast, water, and finally the salt. Mix with the hook for about 10 minutes until you have an elastic and homogeneous dough.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl with olive oil and cover with a damp cloth. Let it rise until it doubles in size. Roll it out with a rolling pin and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the blue cheese, salt, and white pepper. Spread over the pizza dough and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the tomato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  • Place the tomatoes on the pizza and alternate with the Mini French Lettuce Eva® leaves. Top with grated mozzarella cheese and bake for about 20 minutes or until the dough is cooked and the cheese is golden. Serve immediately.
