  • 500 grams puff pastry
  • 1 cup Extra Special® mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 200 grams Extra Special Goat Cheese® Fine Herbs, crumbled
  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • 10 slices serrano ham, shredded
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Extra Special® acahual flower honey spread

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface until it is 5 mm thick, cut a rectangle of 10 by 30 cm.
  • Place it on a baking sheet and braid the edges with your hands, add the mozzarella cheese, goat cheese, peach slices, and serrano ham, bake for 20 minutes.
  • For the balsamic reduction, heat the balsamic vinegar, honey, thyme, and rosemary in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes until it changes consistency.
