Great Value® wheat flour, for rolling out the dough
500 grams puff pastry
1 cup Extra Special® mozzarella cheese, grated
200 grams Extra Special Goat Cheese® Fine Herbs, crumbled
2 peaches, sliced
10 slices serrano ham, shredded
1 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons Extra Special® acahual flower honey spread
1 sprig thyme
1 sprig rosemary

Preheat the oven to 180° C.
Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface until it is 5 mm thick, cut a rectangle of 10 by 30 cm.
Place it on a baking sheet and braid the edges with your hands, add the mozzarella cheese, goat cheese, peach slices, and serrano ham, bake for 20 minutes.
For the balsamic reduction, heat the balsamic vinegar, honey, thyme, and rosemary in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes until it changes consistency.
Pour the balsamic reduction over the tart.
