  • 6 slices deli ham
  • Oaxaca cheese

  • On a medium heat grill, cook the bacon, sausages, one slice of ham, Oaxaca cheese, manchego cheese, yellow cheese, and another slice of ham. Cook for 3 minutes on each side. Then, spread a little mayonnaise on one of the breads and toast it on the griddle for a few seconds on both sides. Set aside.
  • Assemble the club sandwich: Add ham, lettuce, tomato, onion, sausages, and bacon on one of the bread slices. Repeat the same process until you finish with 3 slices of bread.
