Shrimp Pizza Squares

  • 400 grams pizza dough
  • 300 grams medium-sized shrimp, peeled and cleaned

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Place the dough on a baking sheet lightly sprayed with cooking spray; stretch it to form the base. Bake for 12 to 15 min. or until lightly browned.
  • In a skillet, add the shrimp, garlic, and dressing, and cook over medium-high heat for 3 to 5 min. or until the shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; drain.
  • Spread the pizza dough with cream cheese, leaving an unspread edge. Top with shrimp, crumbled cheese, and peppers. Bake for 10 min. or until the cheese melts. Sprinkle with basil.
