1/3 cups chipotle chile
1 cup Tomato Sauce for Seasoning EMBASA®
2 tablespoons butter
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
3 cups shrimp, cleaned

parsley, finely chopped
3 tablespoons butter, softened, for the bread
1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped, for the bread
salt, for the bread
pepper, for the bread
1 baguette
Manchego cheese, grated, for the bread
yellow corn, for garnish

Blend the cream cheese, chipotle peppers, and EMBASA® Tomato Sauce for Dressing until all ingredients are well integrated.
Place the butter, garlic, shrimp, and chipotle sauce in a cast iron skillet. Bake at 180 °C for 15 minutes or until cooked.
Mix the butter, garlic, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Cut the bread in half, brush with garlic butter, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 180 °C for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Garnish the baked shrimp with chopped parsley and serve with yellow corn.
