Baked Shrimp

  • 1/2 cups cream cheese
  • 1/3 cups chipotle chile
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce for Seasoning EMBASA®
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 garlic clove , finely chopped
  • 3 cups shrimp, cleaned
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parsley , finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter , softened, for the bread
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped, for the bread
  • salt , for the bread
  • pepper , for the bread
  • 1 baguette
  • Manchego cheese, grated, for the bread
  • yellow corn , for garnish

  • Blend the cream cheese, chipotle peppers, and EMBASA® Tomato Sauce for Dressing until all ingredients are well integrated.
  • Place the butter, garlic, shrimp, and chipotle sauce in a cast iron skillet. Bake at 180 °C for 15 minutes or until cooked.
  • Mix the butter, garlic, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  • Cut the bread in half, brush with garlic butter, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 180 °C for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • Garnish the baked shrimp with chopped parsley and serve with yellow corn.
