Shrimp Aguachile with Mango and Jalapeño

Prepare this delicious shrimp aguachile with mango that is tasty and ideal for summer. Fresh cooked shrimp in a lemon sauce with chili and mango that makes all the difference. Decorated with red onion on fried pita bread. A different and flavorful option!

  • 500 grams medium-sized shrimp, clean
  • 15 limes
  • 1 mango
  • 3 Habanero chiles, grilled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Great Value® plain salt
  • 1/4 red onions, cut into feathers
  • 2 manzano chiles, in slices
  • 3 Jalapeño chiles, in slices
  • 1 mango, in cubes for decoration
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, leaves for decoration
  • 4 teaspoons Extra Special Olive Oil®
  • pita bread, cut into triangles and fried for serving

  • Cut the shrimp in butterfly style and set aside.
  • Blend the lemon juice with the mango, habanero chili, and salt.
  • Marinate the shrimp with the previous mixture for about 20 minutes.
  • Serve the aguachile with red onion, manzano chili, jalapeño chili, cubes of fresh mango, cilantro leaves, and finish with a few drops of olive oil.
