Shrimp Burger

  • 2 cups shrimp, clean
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • cayenne pepper

  • 1/4 cups flour
  • Oli Olive Oil from Nutrioli®
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 cup red sangria lettuce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 tablespoons chipotle mayonnaise
  • 4 pickles

  • Grind the shrimp, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, cayenne pepper, salt, and flour until a paste forms.
  • Heat Olive Oil Oli® in a pan over medium heat, place a portion of the shrimp mixture and cook for 3 minutes on each side or until well cooked.
  • Heat the burger bun, spread both pieces with chipotle mayonnaise and add the shrimp burger. Then, add arugula and lettuce, top and secure with a toothpick and a pickle.
  • Serve the shrimp burger on a wooden board.
