Shrimp Sandwich with Chipotle Mayonnaise

  • 8 slices bread, Oroweat® Multigrain
  • 150 grams shrimp, clean and peeled
  • 1/4 white onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle chile
  • 50 grams escarole lettuce

  • Heat a little oil in a skillet and add the finely chopped onion.
  • Chop the garlic and add it to the skillet. Add the shrimp, paprika, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Let cook for about 5 minutes, remove from heat, and set aside.
  • Combine the chipotle and mayonnaise in the blender. Blend until well incorporated.
  • Toast the Oroweat® Multigrain bread in the oven for about 8 minutes.
  • Spread the chipotle mayonnaise over the slices of Oroweat® Multigrain bread, place a bed of lettuce, and top with the shrimp.
