8 slices bread, Oroweat® Multigrain
150 grams shrimp, clean and peeled
1/4 white onions
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons paprika
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons lime juice
5 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chipotle chile
50 grams escarole lettuce
Preparation

Low
Heat a little oil in a skillet and add the finely chopped onion.
Chop the garlic and add it to the skillet. Add the shrimp, paprika, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Let cook for about 5 minutes, remove from heat, and set aside.
Combine the chipotle and mayonnaise in the blender. Blend until well incorporated.
Toast the Oroweat® Multigrain bread in the oven for about 8 minutes.
Spread the chipotle mayonnaise over the slices of Oroweat® Multigrain bread, place a bed of lettuce, and top with the shrimp.
