1 cup cheddar cheese, blend of white and orange
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
2/3 cups cream , with a little garlic powder
1/2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cups dry white wine
1/8 teaspoons nutmeg, powder

Mix the cheese with the cornstarch in a small bowl; set aside.
Cook by mixing the remaining ingredients in a medium pot over medium-low heat, for 5 min. or until bubbling at the edges.
Add the grated cheese; cook, stirring, for 2 to 3 min. or until completely melted.
