Sopes with Chorizo

Sopes with chorizo are a variation of the traditional ones. With the chorizo, they bring a fusion of Mexican and Spanish cuisine.

  • 30 milliliters sour cream
  • 30 grams queso fresco
  • 20 grams lettuce, cut into strips
  • 80 grams chorizo
  • 50 grams refried beans, hot
  • red hot sauces, or green, to taste

  • In a pan, cook the chorizo.
  • In another pan with a little oil, heat the sopes.
  • On top of the sope, add beans, chorizo, cream, cheese, lettuce, and salsa.
