Spaghetti with Cream
This recipe is also known as spaghetti alla carbonara. The present recipe is an easy-to-prepare and very economical variant, ideal for emergency moments when we want to improvise in the kitchen. A delicious dish that kids love.

100 grams spaghetti pasta
1 cup clotted cream
3 eggs
100 grams bacon
1 teaspoon oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch cumin
1 pinch oregano

In a pot, boil two cups of water. When boiling, add the spaghetti broken in half, oil, and salt to taste. Drain when ready.
In a bowl, mix the cream, eggs, salt, pepper, cumin, and oregano. (The last two to taste) Let the mixture rest until the noodles boil.
Cut the bacon into small pieces.
Add the bacon to the previous mixture and let it cook well and the flavors combine. Remove from heat and set aside.
Incorporate the spaghetti. Mix well with the bacon and add the resting mixture. Stir constantly for one minute, and it is ready to be served.
