This original way of eating steak tacos is presented in a ring shape with delicious Herdez® habanero green salsa in the center. The meat is marinated in the same salsa before cooking, which adds an extra special touch to the preparation. This steak taco ring is easy to prepare and will impress your guests.
1/2 jars Herdez® habanero green sauce, for marinating
vegetable oil
taco-sized tortillas
1/2 onions
1/2 cups cilantro
1 avocado, in slices
lime, cut, for serving

Season the beef steaks in a mold, then pour the Herdez® habanero green salsa and let marinate for 10 minutes.
While the meat marinates, prepare the toppings. Finely chop the onion and cilantro, and set aside until use.
Heat a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated steaks for about 5 minutes each. Remove from heat and chop the meat into small pieces.
Lightly oil the tortillas, using the same skillet where you cooked the steaks, and heat them for 3 minutes each.
Serve the steak tacos in a ring shape on a board with the toppings you prepared, accompanied by lime wedges to taste and Herdez® habanero green salsa in the center.
