1/2 white onions
1 clove garlic, sliced
4 Poblano chiles, roasted, deveined and sliced
1 cube Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
1/2 cups corn kernels, cooked
1 cup sour cream, reduced fat
Preparation

Heat the oil in a wide pot and fry the onion with the garlic until soft and translucent.
Add the strips of chili, the Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth cube and the corn kernels, cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Reduce the heat to low, add the cream, mix and let cook for 5 more minutes.
Serve.
