Strips with Cream and Corn Kernels

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 white onions
  • 1 clove garlic, sliced
  • 4 Poblano chiles, roasted, deveined and sliced
  • 1 cube Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 cups corn kernels, cooked
  • 1 cup sour cream, reduced fat

  • Heat the oil in a wide pot and fry the onion with the garlic until soft and translucent.
  • Add the strips of chili, the Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth cube and the corn kernels, cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Reduce the heat to low, add the cream, mix and let cook for 5 more minutes.
  • Serve.
