Tacos Chicanitos

This recipe has very pronounced Mexican flavors, with ingredients that are very characteristic of our culture such as avocado, chili, and tomato. With the gringo touch of BBQ; with this characteristic flavor of Hunt's, you achieve an incredible and contrasting extra flavor. The flour tortillas bring a delicious bite of some American-Mexican dish, but this is something new and delicious.   • 1 tub Hunt´S ® original bbq sauce, 1/3 of this for a recipe of 2 well-served tacos
  • 1 cuaresmeño chile
  • 1 Roma tomato
  • 1/2 onions
  • 5 limes, 4 to prepare the onion and 1 to add to the taco to taste
  • 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 150 grams skirt steak, previously marinated, sautéed in the pan to medium doneness, and cut into fajitas
  • 1/2 avocados
  • 1 pinch salt
  • pepper
  • 2 flour tortillas

  • Place the warm soft tortillas on a nice plate.
  • Put the seasoned fajitas with plenty of sauce in each taco.
  • Add the onion already seasoned with lime.
  • Garnish with slices of chili, fresh diced tomato on one side, and avocado to accompany the sweet and sour taco.
