In a pan, add the olive oil and sauté the onion, add the garlic and the processor mixture, then add the paprika, cumin, chili powder, thyme, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, black pepper, cloves, grain salt, and red wine vinegar. Cook for 10 minutes until all ingredients are incorporated and the walnuts release their oil.
