3 cups beans, cooked
5 grams fresh cilantro
1/2 onions
1 cup oats, in flour
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon paprika
1 pinch pepper
1/4 tablespoons ground cumin
1 clove garlic
4 tablespoons coconut oil

Chop the onion and garlic into cubes. Fry in a pan until the onion looks transparent.
Chop the cilantro finely.
In a food processor, place the beans, cilantro, and the other ingredients except for the oil and flour.
Once the mixture is ready, gradually add the oat flour and mix until a dough that doesn't stick to your hands is obtained.
Shape the hamburger with your hands to the desired size.
In a pan with hot oil, fry the hamburgers on both sides until browned.
Serve on a hamburger bun accompanied by lettuce, tomato, avocado, ketchup, and mustard.
