500 grams vegetable garnish La Huerta
1 cup white rice, cooked
1/2 cups asadero cheese, grated
1/4 onions, chopped
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
garlic salt, to taste
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
vegetable oil, necessary amount

Thaw the Vegetable Side La Huerta in the microwave.
Mix all the ingredients and season with garlic salt, regular salt, and pepper.
Form the burgers, making sure they are well compressed so they don't break while frying.
Heat a medium skillet over medium heat with a little oil.
Fry the burgers until they turn a golden color.
Place the burgers on paper towels.
