  • 500 grams vegetable garnish La Huerta
  • 1 cup white rice, cooked
  • 1/2 cups asadero cheese, grated
  • 1/4 onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • garlic salt, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • vegetable oil, necessary amount

  • Thaw the Vegetable Side La Huerta in the microwave.
  • Mix all the ingredients and season with garlic salt, regular salt, and pepper.
  • Form the burgers, making sure they are well compressed so they don't break while frying.
  • Heat a medium skillet over medium heat with a little oil.
  • Fry the burgers until they turn a golden color.
  • Place the burgers on paper towels.
