In a bowl, mix the oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
In another bowl, combine the blue cheese with the cream cheese. Set aside.
Slice the avocado thinly. Brush the avocado with half of the olive oil you prepared.
Dress the spinach with the remaining olive oil.
On a slice of bread, place 1/4 of the avocado in slices and 1/4 cup of spinach, then pour 4 tablespoons of blue cheese; subsequently, add another 1/4 of the avocado in slices and 1/4 cup of spinach. Place another slice of bread on top and serve.
