  • 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 limes
  • 1 teaspoon sea ​​salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 300 grams blue cheese
  • 60 grams cream cheese
  • 3 Avocados from México, hass
  • 3 cups spinach

  • In a bowl, mix the oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • In another bowl, combine the blue cheese with the cream cheese. Set aside.
  • Slice the avocado thinly. Brush the avocado with half of the olive oil you prepared.
  • Dress the spinach with the remaining olive oil.
  • On a slice of bread, place 1/4 of the avocado in slices and 1/4 cup of spinach, then pour 4 tablespoons of blue cheese; subsequently, add another 1/4 of the avocado in slices and 1/4 cup of spinach. Place another slice of bread on top and serve.
